Manifold can be purchased separately or in kit form which includes custom alloy fuel rail and rising rate adjustable fuel regulator.

This manifold is also a great retro fit option for  enthusiast with the ability to relocate the throttle body inlet in another direction making this manifold perfect for narrow engine bay installs.

Ford FG OEM replacement piping kit . The factory components are sacrificial and designed to blow out at boost levels greater than 13psi, this replacement kit with silicon couplings and steel clamps are designed to take power and torque to the next level.

This kit utilizes premium CNC aluminium mandrel bent tubing , with minimal silicone hose bends. The kit is an easy bolt on assembly , with absolutely no cutting involved what so ever - basically bolt on and play. Be aware, that OEM plastic pipes and aftermarket silicone hose kits that consist of large silicone sections will eventually burst - solid aluminium piping is the best guarantee of reliability.

Turbo end coupling features a machined adapter to pipe with a internal gradual radius ramp for smooth airflow transition, cooler end is rolled to prevent silicon adapter blowing off in high boost applications. Set out to be the most compact , lightweight , efficient and powerful value for money XR6 charge air cooler on the market -------- and this kit exceeded our expectations . The 800hp intercooler will out perform any bar and plate on the market , especially in the recovery phase . Because of its compact fin and tube construction it also has the advantage of being approx half the weight of a bar and plate .This is the ultimate design for spirited street performance intercooling and fuel economy , and is the little brother to the massive 1000+ hp pro-series kit. It was designed to be an easy to fit option kit , still with the capability of flowing 800+ hp. Totally redesigned charge air core characteristics and end tank design . Notice the one piece front face end tanks formed from flat alloy sheet . Piping was designed using a combination of tubing sizes to promote air speed for max throttle response and torque delivery . All aluminium tubing is bent in house on our precision computerized machines

           

When we first fitted this kit we were astounded with its performance . The car became an absolute animal , smoked the tyres with no effort , even with a standard exhaust . Throttle response , even with an auto was 100% better and also fuel economy was bettered by some 40 - 60 klms per tank. Once the car takes off and gets on a plane at approx 80 klms per hour , we noticed that hardly no throttle effort was required to keep it there . Even on the hottest days the temps coming out of the outlet side of the cooler were near ambient - something that really astounded us.  In stealth Black appearance , the kit really looks like an OEM option .

These intercoolers utilize a 505 x 395 x 76 mm tube and fin core unique to Plazmaman (  feather weight 7.5 kgs total weight - every kg counts .)
