Generation I 5.4L M112
Supercharger Kit.
Construction and quality of this kits components is unprecedented with
the use of Genuine O.E.M. components, Laser cut front drive plate, and years
ahead with research and development in comparison to our competitors which have
yet to even produce a kit for the Boss engine.
Our unique designed supercharger application Front End Accessory Drive system
(FEAD's) runs the supercharger off its own drive belt separate from the main
O.E.M. belt drive system, This enables time saving pulley swaps and higher
reliability demands from the supercharger drive with it's own tensioner,
idler pulleys and the O.E.M. drive system. The system utilizes a 6 rib
belt with expansion opportunities to upgrade to an 8 rib system for extra high
boost applications.
PCM Recalibration is required with SCT Flash Tuner. We will provide tunes to
current owners of Flash Tuner and/or provide a new Flash Tuner if desired at a
discount price if purchased in kit form.
GT Falcon 7psi pulley set and XR8 Falcon 7 psi pulley set come standard
on these kits, after sales pulley sets will be available to make boost levels of 12 psi up.

Power is staggering
seeing full boost at 2300RPM. As seen on initial tuning this kit provided
2 times the amount of torque as that found on a Boss engine with all bolt ons
available on the market @ 10psi. The P.D. has so much potential, we have
designed and built the hardware now it's time for Boss owners to have some fun.
Below are the Flow specifications for the O.E.M. M112 when used in this kit.
Below is an example of
the entry level achieved at only 7psi, not 16+ like our Turbo'd cousins to get
the same output. Tests conducted on BA GT running BP Ultimate, Stock SVT M112, Stock gear
ratio's and 5 speed manual transmission.
The Dyno Charts below shows entry level of the Ported M112
option at 9 psi in hp and kW's at the rear wheels.

Complete kit form includes Blower Head Unit, Intake manifold, 42lbs/hr
Injectors, Belts, Hoses, Front End Drive Unit complete with pulleys, idlers and
tensioner, Alloy header tank, Alloy I.C. storage tank, Intercooler, I.C. radiator and hosing plus electric water pump.
Every nut and bolt to do the conversion with ease as well as a comprehensive
manual for installation. Kit comes pre assemble for easy installation and
reduced installation time.
