B.P.T. has an active membership role in the street scene as a member of the FPV/TICKFORD CLUB of W.A We also enjoy participating in local forums such as Ford Forums ...Ford Australia Forums and Ford Mods.

Batten's Performance Tuning was founded in 1988 by Barry A. Batten, an enthusiast of fast Fords and an active profile in the local street Roding scene of Perth. Barry was later joined by his two sons Barry jr. and Terry to later form what is known today as BPT Motorsport with the emphasis on providing a more personalized service to customers at more competitive prices.
